Shipping policy

Where we ship: currently, anywhere in Thailand. Bangkok and the rest of the country get slightly different delivery windows and rates — you'll see the exact number at checkout before you pay anything.

Processing time: orders are packed and handed off to our courier within 1–2 business days of when you order.

Delivery time: once it's out the door, expect 3–5 business days to land, depending on whether you're in Bangkok or further out.

Lost or seriously delayed orders: if your package goes missing or takes way longer than it should, message us on LINE Official (@drinkgoodipop) and we'll track it down with the courier or sort a replacement.

Order tracking: you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order's on its way.

พื้นที่จัดส่ง: ปัจจุบันจัดส่งทั่วประเทศไทย กรุงเทพฯ และจังหวัดอื่นๆ จะมีระยะเวลาและค่าจัดส่งที่แตกต่างกันเล็กน้อย คุณจะเห็นตัวเลขที่ชัดเจนตอนเช็คเอาท์ก่อนชำระเงิน

พัสดุสูญหายหรือล่าช้าผิดปกติ: ถ้าพัสดุของคุณหายหรือใช้เวลานานเกินกว่าที่ควร ส่งข้อความหาเราทาง LINE Official (@drinkgoodipop) เราจะติดตามกับบริษัทขนส่งหรือจัดส่งสินค้าทดแทนให้
